Assistant Manager of Engagement at Thrivent Nicole Pearson has had a career in service. We talk about incorporating what you love into your work, living in service to others and in Nicole’s case also in service to her Christian faith. I ask what that means for her and learned a lot from her response. We also chat about what she learned in working in a global non-profit about service that dignifies the individual as well has her experience of getting through imposter syndrome.
